Back in 2002 I was 24 years old and I started Humboldt Clothing, because I desperately needed a way to survive in Humboldt County. Up until that point, there was mostly just the expensive and plain Humboldt State University shirts.  But I wanted to give locals a chance to fashionably represent where they live and let everyone know how much they loved Humboldt County, and all it has to offer.  And the tourists who visit the Redwood Empire each year could also take a souvenir home with them.

At first, I rented a small kiosk stand at the Bayshore Mall. It is located on Highway 101 at 3300 Broadway in Eureka California. Humboldt Clothing began with only one sweatshirt design, but quickly grew into a 700 sq. ft. retail space with lots of artistic designs that are either screen printed or embroidered on Humboldt Sweatshirts, Humboldt Hoodies, Humboldt T-shirts, Humboldt Hats,  Humboldt Stickers, Humboldt Shot Glasses,  Humboldt Beer Mugs, Humboldt Coffee Mugs, Humboldt Key Chains, Humboldt Frisbees’, Humboldt Beanies and so much more. Now you can order some of the best products online at humboldtclothing.com.
